There is a split in the wood on one of the pillars which can be glued, see photos. There is also a piece of trim missing from the bottom, see photos. Otherwise in good condition. Some marks and knocks as expected for its age, this adds to its antique charm. There is some paint on the top corners which can be rubbed off, see photos.
